For Hosting Only Clients: Care plans are great to use for additional off-site support for content updates, troubleshooting, or functionality maintenance (managing memberships, adding products to online stores, adding courses to learning sites), leaving you time to concentrate on business.
What’s Not Included
Our support services are exclusively for websites we’ve designed and hosted. This allows us to provide the highest level of personalized support and expertise, as we’re intimately familiar with each website’s setup and configuration.
If you’re not a current client, but are having an emergency, and just need a human to talk to, reach out. While we don’t like to meddle in someone else’s setup, we understand when you’ve got an emergency and may be able to get you through it.
