You don’t need to know what you need.
That’s what the first conversation is for.
The first conversation is free. If there’s work to do after that, we’ll explain what it involves and what it costs before you decide whether to move forward.

THE FIRST CONVERSATION
Start With What You Know.
Maybe you know exactly what you want to talk about. Maybe you just know something isn’t working the way it should.
Either is fine.
Tell us what you’re working on, what’s changed, what’s frustrating you, or what you’re trying to figure out. Bring the half-formed idea. Bring the thing somebody told you that you “need.” Bring what you’ve already tried.
You don’t have to sort it out before we talk. That’s what the conversation is for.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Let’s Talk About It.
Choose a time that works for you and tell us a little about what’s going on. You don’t need to write a novel. A few sentences give us somewhere to start.
The first conversation is free. We’ll spend about 30 minutes or so talking through what brought you here and asking enough questions to understand what you’re dealing with.
Then one of three things happens:
It’s something simple.
We may be able to point you in the right direction without turning it into a project.
It needs a deeper look.
We’ll explain what we need to investigate, what paid Discovery would involve, and what it will cost before anything begins.
We’re not the right fit.
We’ll tell you that, too. If we know who or what might be a better fit, we’ll point you that way.
LET’S TALK
Ready?
Pick a day and time that works for you.
A little context before you book.
The first conversation is free. If the next step is paid Discovery, it starts at $1,250. Strategic websites start at $7,500. Other work is scoped based on what we find and what you actually need.
We’ll always explain the work and the cost before you decide whether to move forward.
