DIVA WOW (DIVA…Women Outdoors Worldwide) is a Dallas-based, all-women shooting and outdoor organization founded over two decades ago. What began as a small group focused on shotgun sports grew into a nationwide, volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to introducing women and youth to shooting sports, hunting, and outdoor education through events, training, and community programs.
I began working with DIVA WOW in 2009, at a time when the organization’s website was outdated and lacked the functionality required to support a growing membership and an increasingly active event schedule.
Membership records were maintained manually, event payments were handled by check, and much of the administrative workload fell heavily on volunteers. As the organization expanded, it became clear that a more robust digital infrastructure was needed to reduce labor, streamline operations, and present a professional public presence.
Over the course of more than a decade, I worked closely with the organization to design, build, and maintain a system that supported membership management, event registration, e-commerce, content delivery, and ongoing growth.

Timeline: Initial launch in 2012, with ongoing development, expansion, and support provided over more than 13 years.
Throughout this long-term engagement, the website and supporting systems evolved alongside the organization. As membership and programming expanded, additional functionality was added to support new events, divisions, and initiatives.
In addition to the website itself, I produced hundreds of supporting materials, including:
Promotional and recruiting materials
Event graphics and signage
Logos for multiple organizational divisions
Raffle tickets and challenge coins
Organizational videos and yearbooks
The result was a fully integrated digital and visual system that reduced labor demands, improved operational efficiency, and presented a cohesive, professional brand to members and the public alike.
The organization has since moved in a different technical direction. Screenshots shown here represent the completed work during my involvement.
